Shawn just returned from his second tour in Iraq and Kuwait and has been working full time with the Minnesota National Guard for the past 6 years. As a supply specialist, he was responsible for acquiring a variety of different products and managing personal records for over six hundred Soldiers. Shawn has a variety of experience in the work force but is most proficient in logistics, inventory control, customer service and leadership. As a civilian, Jean has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, specifically litigation. As an experienced legal secretary, Jean is now looking for permanent employment.

This week’s veteran is Marine Corporal Nathan Warner of Minneapolis. Serving during the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003, Nathan was responsible for retrofitting the unit’s unarmored Humvees and overseeing their maintenance.  Nathan now has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of St. Thomas and has studied at the University of London and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. He has leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance and Training.
